In compliance with Brown Act regulations, the agenda was legally posted no later than July 21, 2019 at 26675 Plainfield Street, Esparto, CA 95627. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to access the Board meeting room or to otherwise participate at this meeting, including auxiliary aids or services, please contact the Board of Trustees’ Office at 530-787-3446. Notification of at least 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the District to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to the Board meeting.

The Board of Education may hold closed sessions only for the purposes identified in law and placed on the meeting agenda in the manner required by law. Closed sessions may be held to discuss personnel matters, negotiations/collective bargaining, matters related to student discipline or student rights, security matters, negotiations involving real estate and matters involving potential litigation.
