NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ESPARTO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT APPROVING AN INCREASE IN STATUTORY SCHOOL FEES IMPOSED ON NEW RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION PURSUANT TO EDUCATION CODE SECTION 17620 AND GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 65995
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education (“Board”) of the Esparto Unified School District (“District”) at its Regular Meeting to be held on March 27, 2024, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider its report entitled, “Developer Fee Justification Study” (“Study”), and consider adopting a Resolution of the Board of the District to increase Statutory School Fees imposed on new residential and commercial/industrial construction pursuant to Education Code Section 17620 and Government Code Section 65995. The Study justifying such increases, which is incorporated herein by this reference, is on file at the District’s offices, located at 26675 Plainfield Street, Esparto, California 95627, and is available for public review from March 15, 2024, through March 27, 2024.
The Public Hearing of the District, to be held March 27, 2024, will begin at 6:00 p.m., in Room A-7 of Esparto High School, located at 26675 Plainfield St, Esparto, CA 95627. These matters will be considered at such time as this agenda item is considered by the Board of the District.

Meetings of the Board of Trustees are regularly held on the 4th Wednesday of each month (unless otherwise specified) at 6:00 pm at Esparto High School in Room A-7.
Agendas for regular meetings are posted by 5 pm on the Friday before the meeting. Agendas for special meetings are posted at least 24 hrs before the meeting. Once the agenda is posted, clicking on the Board Agenda button at the top of the web page will display the agenda for the current meeting.
