Mental Health Resources
At all times, but especially during this time of campus closures, the health and well being of our students and families is our primary concern. The Esparto Unified School District staff is here for our families when support is needed. Please reach out to our mental health clinicians or our high school counselor if you need support. In addition, to our EUSD staff, Yolo County has compiled a list resources and services that are available to you. We want to share additional suicide prevention resources with you in the event that you or a family member needs support. You can also reach out to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline by calling 1-800-273-8255, the California Youth Crisis Line at 1-800-273-8255 or visit the suicide prevention website for additional resources.
Families, here are some articles for you and your family on coping with stress and helping children cope during an infectious disease outbreak from our neighbors in Sacramento County. Please reach out to your student's counselor if any support is needed during this time.
