Trustee Area 3 Vacancy, Provisional Appointment

Board Member Kelly Stotts submitted her resignation from her board position effective June 10, 2026. Her resignation created a vacancy on the Esparto Unified School District (EUSD) Board of Education.

At its June 29, 2026 special board meeting, the Board of Trustees discussed and voted unanimously to move forward with a provisional appointment process to fill the current vacancy on the Board.

Interested individuals who would like to be considered for the provisional appointment may complete the application by clicking HERE. The deadline to submit an application for this vacancy is 12:00 p.m. on Friday July 17, 2026.

Election for the Full Term, Regular Election November 3, 2026

Individuals who are interested in officially seeking election to the vacant Board position may do so by obtaining the candidate filing documents from Yolo County Elections Office during the applicable filing period.
